Is the DNA testing procedure complicated and how long does it take?

The DNA testing procedure is completely simple, each customer takes about 10 to 25 minutes to complete the sample collection process and related procedures.

There are two forms: DNA testing for legal purposes and DNA testing for civil, personal purposes.

If the test is for legal purposes, the customer must provide identification documents such as Citizen ID/Passport/Birth Certificate/Birth Certificate…

If testing is for personal purposes, customers only need to provide a self-collected DNA sample at home and send it to LOCI Institute for analysis.

All different types of samples when tested have only one result and the accuracy is the same. Therefore, depending on the form of testing, customers can provide appropriate test samples.

How secure are the results at LOCI?

At LOCI Institute, all processes are closed, from the sample collection consulting department to the technical department conducting the testing and returning the results. These are all independent and separate personnel departments to ensure objectivity and information confidentiality.

All customer information provided in the DNA Test Request is used in the DNA Analysis Result Form. Only the person who registered for the test will receive the results. In addition, during the analysis process, all customer samples are encrypted according to the company’s security software system to increase security to the highest level.
