DNA testing warranty conditions
With superior advantages in technology, equipment, and human resources, LOCI is very proud to be the first and only Molecular Biology Institute in Vietnam to guarantee the DNA testing results of our customers because LOCI’s results when compared with other reputable DNA testing centers in the world are the same.
1. Warranty conditions for DNA test results
– Is the result of DNA testing at Loci Molecular Biology Institute across Vietnam.
– Customers who perform tests for legal purposes are naturally covered by the warranty.
– Customers who do not do legal tests but have the right to request a warranty and when doing DNA testing procedures, the customer must go directly to LOCI Institute so that our staff can directly collect the sample (customers must photocopy their ID card or Passport and take a photo to save).
The warranty basis is the test results are different from the bloodline DNA testing laboratories in the following countries: USA, UK, France, Japan, Canada, Australia, Germany. Customers must provide information documents of those laboratories to complete the warranty procedure.
DNA test results of customers in the above countries must be original, with full personal information such as ID, ID number, date of birth, hometown, and photo.
Customers must request a warranty when coming for testing.
2. Warranty period
LOCI’s DNA test results are guaranteed for 30 days from the date the customer receives the results (DNA test results will not change throughout life. However, due to difficulties in storing paper documents, LOCI only guarantees a 30-day warranty.
3. Warranty value
– Warranty value is 10 times the testing cost for that DNA test sample.
– Pay the warranty amount within 30 working days from the date the customer provides all necessary documents.
4. Warranty procedures
– Legal DNA test results in the above 7 countries (original results).
– LOCI DNA test results (LOCI results have a warranty note).
– Identification documents of the person performing the DNA test need to be guaranteed.
– Receipt to serve as basis for warranty payment.
Note:
Customers who do DNA tests should ask the staff to guarantee the results. With the above conditions, we will write on the result sheet whether the sample is guaranteed or not to serve as a basis for future warranty.
